By accessing or using Farmarks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Farmarks is a marketplace that connects shoppers with local farmers market vendors for pre-orders, pickup, and delivery. We provide the platform; vendors are responsible for their own products, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service.

• Prices, availability, and product descriptions are set by vendors and may change.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a vendor may accept, modify, or decline it.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable fees are shown at checkout.
• Refunds, substitutions, and cancellations are handled according to the vendor's and Farmarks' policies communicated at the time of order.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or post false or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in fraudulent activity.

Vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Farmarks. Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they list and sell, and for complying with all applicable food-handling and licensing requirements.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmarks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
