Farmarks ("we", "us") is a marketplace that lets you pre-order from local farmers market vendors for pickup or delivery. This policy covers our website, apps, and related services (the "Service").

• Account information: your name, email address, and the authentication method you use (email/password or Google sign-in).
• Orders and transactions: items you order, order totals, pickup/delivery choices, and status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage and preferences: vendors you follow, rewards you redeem, and loyalty activity.
• Technical data: device, browser, and log information collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.

• Provide the Service — process orders, coordinate pickup/delivery with vendors, and run the rewards program.
• Communicate with you about orders, market days you follow, and account matters.
• Improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We share the details a vendor needs to fulfill your order (for example, your order items and pickup choice) with that vendor. We also use trusted service providers — such as Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, and data storage, and our payment processor — who handle data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. When you delete your account we remove your profile and personal data and sign you out. Past order records may be retained in anonymized form (with personal details removed) for vendors' financial and tax records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, use the account deletion tool or contact us at privacy@farmarks.com.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
